Skilled Nominated Visa 190
Skilled Nominated Visa 190
The Skilled Nominated 190 Visa is a points-tested permanent visa for skilled workers nominated by an Australian State or Territory government. This visa allows holders to stay in Australia permanently, work and study, and travel to and from Australia for five years. To be eligible, applicants must have an occupation on the relevant occupation list, a successful skill assessment for that occupation, and at least competent English.
To apply for the 190 Visa, candidates must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect and be invited to apply. They must achieve a minimum of 65 points on a points assessment, which considers factors such as age, English language proficiency, work experience, and education.
