What is the minimum requirement for SINP for a skilled worker?
Following are the minimum requirements for SINP’s Express entry category:
- Must score a minimum of 60 points out of 110 in the Saskatchewan PNP points calculator.
- Must have a valid Express Entry program profile and job seeker validation code.
- Must take IELTS to prove language proficiency.
- Must have completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary education or training (degree, diploma, or certificate) with an ECA.
- Must have a minimum level of work experience required in an occupation that is classified under NOC TEER Category 0, 1, 2 or 3, and the occupation must be mentioned on the Saskatchewan Occupation In-demand List. (In case, occupation is regulated in the province then candidates must be provided with respective certification or licensing).
- Must have sufficient amounts of settlement funds and a settlement plan.
After a Canada Express entry candidate gets a provincial nomination, they get 600 CRS points to their profile thus effectively making sure they get an ITA to apply for Canada permanent residence to IRCC.
